A life-long resident of Vancouver, Graham received his law degree from UBC in 1980 and spent six years working for the BC Crown Counsel’s office where he gained valuable experience as a trial lawyer before switching to personal injury law in 1988. After six years working as a trial lawyer for a local personal injury firm he teamed up with Kevin Blair in 1993 and founded Taylor & Blair LLP.
Graham has over 25 years of experience as a civil trial lawyer, including representing clients at all levels of the BC Courts before jury trials, by judge alone, and in summary trials and Appeals. Focusing exclusively on personal injury law has given Graham both a thorough understanding of personal injury law and procedure as well as extensive mediation experience.
Married with three grown daughters, Graham is an avid sports enthusiast. In addition to coaching his kids at various sports, Graham has played rugby locally (Meralomas), provincially and nationally representing Canada against several of the world’s top rugby nations.
Although Graham retired in 2015, he will continue to make his extensive experience available to the lawyers at Taylor & Blair LLP and will continue to be a valuable resource.
